James M. Warden

Jim Warden brings more than 40 years of experience to Warden Grier, which he co-founded with his partners in 2002.  He has tried and arbitrated construction, commercial, and professional liability cases throughout the United States and managed disputes arising out of construction projects in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and South America. Jim has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America” every year since 1993.

  • 2017 summary judgment dismissing lawsuit in Texas state court claiming breach of contract, fraud, and theft of trade secrets against client in maritime fuel payments processing industry.
  • 2017 confidential settlement for heirs claiming breach of fiduciary duty and professional liability against trustee bank and decedent’s law firm in case filed in Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court.
