Kristopher A. Kuehn

Senior Partner Kris Kuehn has over 25 years of experience trying and arbitrating commercial disputes, insurance and reinsurance matters and general liability claims throughout the U.S. and Bermuda. This experience enables him to provide early advice regarding strategic options and probable outcomes. Kris was a member of the Warden Grier team that served on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee appointed by the federal court that negotiated the $1.2 billion settlement of the 9/11 World Trade Center property losses. Kris also recently successfully prosecuted a rescission action in Federal Court arising out of a professional indemnity policy that negated nearly $10 million in claims.
